It’s been a while hasn’t it? I think every post begins with the same line and then the follow up saying that next time we won’t be so tardy. This won’t happened again I promi… it probably will.
On Tuesday the 18th of April we met with the electricians & data guy on site to discuss anomalies in the electrical quotes. The electrical company, henley contracted, but not Henley themselves, who did the original quotes made several silly errors with double ups and unnecessary items such as separate circuits for bathroom heat lamps, services cabinets in addition to data cabinets, multiple cable runs from the street to the house etc…
Anyway… Tuesday was the rough in for the data cabling before plaster. Eager to find out what had been done, we went back on the following Saturday afternoon at about 4pm assuming everyone would have been gone by then. More on that later

Okay. The van in the driveway was a big give-away that the plasterers were still on site, but looks as if we interrupted their lunch/dinner/whatever-meal-is-at-4pm.
We must be getting close to lock up…
